These terms apply to the ProCare website, estimate requests and services.
ESTIMATES AND SCOPE
Estimates are based on available information, including property type, approximate size, surface condition, access and requested work. Changes in conditions or requested scope may change pricing or scheduling. Any material changes should be discussed before additional work proceeds.
SURFACE CONDITIONS AND PRE-EXISTING DAMAGE
Exterior surfaces may have wear, cracks, loose coatings, oxidation, staining, deterioration or other pre-existing conditions. Customers should disclose known damage, fragile areas and unusual conditions before work begins. Cleaning may reveal conditions that were hidden by dirt or buildup.
CUSTOMER ACCESS AND PREPARATION
Customers are responsible for providing reasonable access to the agreed work areas and identifying access restrictions, delicate items, pets, hazards or other relevant site conditions. Specific preparation instructions, if needed, will be communicated for the project.
WEATHER AND RESCHEDULING
Exterior work may be delayed or rescheduled because of weather, unsafe conditions, site access or other practical limitations. ProCare will communicate scheduling changes when reasonably possible.
PAYMENT
Applicable payment expectations will be stated in the accepted estimate, invoice or service agreement.
PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
Promotional pricing applies only to qualifying properties and the stated scope. The Whole House Pressure Cleaning Special applies to qualifying single-family homes up to 2,000 square feet. Additional surfaces, larger properties, difficult access or heavily soiled areas may require additional pricing.
CONCRETE AND THIRD-PARTY TRADE SERVICES
Specialized concrete projects may be coordinated through qualified trade professionals. The applicable estimate or agreement should identify the project scope and any third-party trade involvement.
