Before you book roof cleaning, make sure your estimate covers the service you actually want. A roof add-on to a house-cleaning package and a standalone roof-cleaning visit are different requests. This guide explains ProCare's current package terms and the questions Miami-Dade homeowners can bring to an estimate conversation.
Call ProCare at 786-679-7914 or request a free estimate.
Roof cleaning is excluded from ProCare's $499 Whole House Pressure Cleaning Package for qualifying single-family homes up to 2,000 sq. ft. The current residential page offers roof soft washing as a $300 add-on when purchased with that package. Standalone roof cleaning is quoted separately. The add-on price should not be treated as a universal roof-cleaning quote.
Confirm that your property qualifies and ask for the proposed scope before accepting an estimate. You can review the current residential pressure-cleaning service and package details before calling.
Share your property location, the roof material if you know it, the areas you want reviewed and the condition you have noticed. Mention previous repairs, visible damage and any care instructions you already have for the roof. Photos you have taken from ground level can help explain the request; a property review may still be needed before the scope and estimate are confirmed.
Ask how the proposed cleaning approach applies to your particular roof. Avoid comparing estimates only by a price or a generic description of washing. The material, finish, condition and agreed work all need to be part of the conversation.
Ask which roof areas are included and whether the estimate is for the package add-on or a standalone service. Discuss access around the home, nearby landscaping, water access and any features that may affect the work. If you have solar equipment, gutters or other roof-related features, identify them and ask how they affect the scope; do not assume that servicing those items is included.
If you also want walls, windows, a patio or a driveway reviewed, list each area separately. A request for roof cleaning does not automatically include every exterior surface. ProCare's exterior window service is a rinse, rather than detailed glass, screen or track cleaning.
Tell us about leaks, broken areas or other concerns before the visit. A cleaning estimate should not be mistaken for an agreement to repair a roof. Ask which concerns require a separate assessment and what can be confirmed before work is scheduled. Clear scope helps you compare the proposed service with your expectations.
Can I book roof cleaning without the whole-house package? Standalone roof cleaning is quoted separately. Explain that this is the service you are requesting so the correct estimate can be prepared.
Does the $300 add-on apply to every property? It is the current package add-on offer. Property qualification and the proposed scope must be confirmed; it is not the advertised standalone price.
Can I ask for the estimate in Spanish? Yes. ProCare provides assistance in English and Spanish. Tell us which service and areas you want reviewed.
