Start with the surface

Concrete, pavers and coated surfaces need an approach that suits their material and finish. Tell us about paint, sealers, loose material, damaged joints or areas that have been repaired. If you know the product used on your deck, share its care instructions. Pressure and cleaning products should be chosen after the surface is reviewed, rather than using the same method everywhere.

Agree on what gets cleaned

“Pool area” can mean several different things. Identify the deck, patio, steps and other exterior surfaces you want quoted. Ask whether screen enclosures, furniture or any adjoining areas are included. Confirm pool-interior and equipment work separately; do not assume those are part of an exterior surface-cleaning estimate. A clear scope helps you compare quotes and avoid surprises.

Plan access around the pool
